1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the operator of ShareSexStories.com ("Platform", "we", "us", "Operator"). By registering an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms are effective upon account creation.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

This Platform contains adult content intended exclusively for adults. By creating an account, you expressly represent and warrant that:

• You are legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction;

4.1 Your Copyright

You, as the author, retain full copyright ownership of all original stories and written content you submit to the Platform ("User Content"). These Terms do not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to the Operator.

4.2 License You Grant to the Platform

By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant the Operator a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, store, display, distribute, adapt, and monetize your User Content in any manner connected with the operation and commercial activities of the Platform. This license includes, without limitation:

• Displaying your stories to registered users of the Platform;
• Converting your written stories into AI-generated audio narration for use in premium subscription features;
• Using your stories for algorithmic recommendation systems, search indexing, and content personalization features;
• Reproducing, caching, and technically adapting your content for platform performance, accessibility, and feature delivery;
• Marketing and promoting the Platform using excerpts or references to content available on the Platform.

This license is granted at no charge to the Operator. Authors do not receive revenue share or royalties from the Platform's monetization activities. By submitting content, you expressly acknowledge and accept these terms.

4.3 Your Representations About Your Content

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the original author of the content, or hold all necessary rights to submit it;
• The content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights;
• The content does not depict real, identifiable persons without their explicit consent;
• The content complies fully with our Content Policy set out in Section 6.

4.4 Platform Intellectual Property

All Platform software, design, trademarks, logos, and original content created by the Operator remain the exclusive property of the Operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to the Platform's own intellectual property.

5. Anonymous Posting

The Platform offers an option to publish stories anonymously, meaning your username will not be publicly displayed alongside the story. However, anonymous posting does not affect the license granted in Section 4.2. Anonymously posted content remains subject to these Terms, and the Operator retains records linking anonymous posts to user accounts for moderation and legal compliance purposes.

6. Content Policy and Prohibited Content

6.1 Permitted Content

The Platform is a text-only platform for adult fiction, fantasy, and personal experience writing. Content must be fictional or a consensually shared personal account, written in a way that respects human dignity.

6.2 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate content removal and account termination, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities:

• Any content that sexualizes, depicts, or implies sexual acts involving minors (persons under 18 years of age), including fictional characters written as minors;
• Content that depicts, glorifies, or promotes non-consensual sexual acts in an approving manner;
• Content that describes real, identifiable individuals without their explicit consent;
• Content that constitutes harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of any individual;
• Content promoting illegal activities, including but not limited to trafficking, exploitation, or violence;
• Spam, commercial advertising, or promotional content;
• Any images, videos, or visual media of any kind (the Platform is strictly text-only);
• Content designed to circumvent Platform moderation systems.

6.3 Content Warnings

Authors are required to use appropriate content warning tags when their stories contain themes that may be sensitive, including but not limited to: dubious consent, power imbalances, BDSM, or other themes that readers may wish to be informed about in advance.

7. Content Moderation

All submitted stories are subject to review before or after publication. The Operator reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or the Platform's community guidelines, at the Operator's sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability.

The Operator operates a user reporting system allowing members to flag content that may violate these Terms. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team. Submitting false or malicious reports is a violation of these Terms.

Users who repeatedly violate content policies or who submit prohibited content will have their accounts permanently terminated.

8. Takedown Requests and Right to Be Removed

If you believe that content published on the Platform depicts you or your real-life experiences without your consent, you may submit a takedown request to the contact address listed in our Impressum. Please include a description of the content, its location on the Platform, and the basis for your request. The Operator will review all takedown requests in good faith and act promptly where a valid claim is established.

For copyright-related takedown requests, the Operator complies with applicable notice-and-takedown procedures. DMCA-compliant notices may be submitted to the contact address in our Impressum.

9. Account Deletion and Content Removal

You may delete your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. Upon account deletion:

• Your user profile and personal information will be permanently deleted from our active systems;
• All stories and User Content submitted under your account will be permanently and irrevocably deleted from the Platform;
• Anonymous posts linked to your account will also be deleted;
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. You will not be able to recover your content after account deletion.

We may retain certain records for a limited period where required by law, such as moderation logs or records relevant to legal proceedings. Such retained data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Premium Subscription Services

The Platform may offer paid premium subscription tiers providing access to additional features, including AI-generated audio narration of stories, advanced content recommendations, and an ad-free experience. Premium features, pricing, and billing terms will be set out on the Platform's subscription page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. The Operator does not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods except where required by applicable law.

11. User Blocking and Community Safety

Users may block other users to prevent interaction. Blocked users will not be able to comment on your stories or send you messages. The Platform also provides tools for reporting harassment or abusive behavior. The Operator reserves the right to remove users who engage in harassment, unsolicited contact, or any behavior that undermines the safety of the community.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or emotional distress.

The Operator is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of User Content submitted by users. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Operator's place of business, as stated in the Impressum, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Privacy

The collection and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of your agreement with us. 15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
